心智觉知训练对大学生心理健康水平的干预后果

【中文摘要】目前,在海内,越来越多的研讨关注大学生的心理健康状况;而比拟之下,关于大学生的心理教育和心理干预的科学研讨就比拟少。因此,仍是须要更多的研讨来探索适合中国大学生的心理健康教育和干预。从二十世纪七十年代至今,越来越多的西方心理学家、精神病学家等研讨者们关注一项源于佛教的冥想训练——以心智觉知为基本的训练方式。相关的实证研讨证明:心智觉知训练可以增添心智觉知度,并且有效地下降焦急、抑郁等消极情感,促入心理健康。本研讨探讨心智觉知训练对中国大学生的心理健康的干预后果,得出以下的主要结论:第一,心智觉知五因素量表的中文版经由验证性因素剖析表明数据较好地拟合了该量表的英文版模型;问卷的内部一致性系数比拟幻想,效标效度比拟幻想。第二,在本研讨中,八周的心智觉知训练,有效地提高介入者的心智觉知度,促入大学生心理健康水平,提高积极情感,有效下降抑郁焦急等消极情感,并且在训练停止后的三个月的追踪期后果得到了维持。第三,该研讨初次结合对抑郁情感发生的大脑神经机制的理解来制订针对改善大学生抑郁情感的心智觉知集团训练计划,该计划可以有效地改善大学生的抑郁情感,而且八周后的三个月的追踪期中后果得到了有效地维持。第四,跟着八周训练时光的推入,大学生介入者们总体上在后果评估量表上的症状困扰、社交角色绩效、人际关系得分和整体的生涯质量上有显明改善。');
【Abstract】 Nowadays,more and more research focus on the mental health condition of Chinese mental health,however,fewer scientific studies devote to investigate the efficacious psychological education and psychological intervention of college students.Hence,more investigation on the effective psychological education and psychological intervention for Chinese college students is needed.Mindfulness-based training techniques,which originate in meditation of the East Buddhism, have been researched and popularized by a lot of psychologists and psychiatrists in the West.And related studies indicated that the mindfulness-based intervention leaded to significant declines in depression,anxiety and othe negative affect,to increase positive affect and levels of mindfulness, to improve the well-being.The study on the application of Mindfulness Training to Chinese university students,and the conclusion are as the following:1.To investigate the five-factor structure of the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire(FFMQ) in Chinese version,the confirmatory factor analysis indicates the data fit the model.The internal consistent coefficient is good;the validity of FFMQ is good,too.2.8-week mindfulness-based training program report effectively improvement in university students\' levels of mindfulness,mental health and positive affect,significant declines in depression,anxiety and other negative affect.Moreover,the beneficial effects of the training could maintain at 3-month follow-up.3.The project of mindfulness group training for decreasing depression,which worked out based on the understanding of the depression from the brain neuroscience aspects,could primarily document to effectivly decline the university students\' depression.In addition,the beneficial effects of the training could maintain at 3-month follow-up.4.From the description statistics for Outcome Quetionnaire 45,it can conclude that the symptoms of distress as well as interpersonal relationships,social role,and in their general quality of life improved for the participants,which was coincident with the advance of practice.
