上海城乡居民家庭教育投资行为实证研讨

【中文摘要】家庭教育投资是教育投资的主要组成部门。本文依据2008年6月到2008年12月间上海城乡居民家庭教育投资状况的问卷调查,对上海居民家庭的教育投资的观念与行为入行了深入的解析。研讨发现,多重因素在影响着上海居民家庭教育投资的观念和行为。家长的春秋对其教育观念有着显明的影响;家长教育水平、知识水平、职业与收入以及交际范围等都与家庭教育投资有着亲密的关系。此外,栖身区域也影响着教育投资的总量和范围,中央城区家庭在多个方面具有显明优势。跟着孩子就读层级的变化,家庭教育投资的侧重点也有所不同。在梳理上海市居民家庭教育投资观念与行为的入程中,我们发现上海居民家庭教育投资呈现如下基本特色:一、投资行为选择上的功利性与投资念头上的利他性并存;二、内在观念与外在行为相背离;三、物资投入与感情时光投入不匹配;四、代际教育投资过暖与家长自身教育投资不足;五、教育期望超越客观前提的限制;六、城乡差距显明。经由剖析我们发现,形成这些特色的原因在于:现阶段教育发铺和教育体系体例改造滞后于广大居民家庭教育投资的须要;家长在利他主义念头的推入下,只望到教育投资给孩子将来可能带来的各种收益,而望不到教育投资的风险和个性化请求;家长的教育观念还比拟落伍,对家庭教育投资的理解还相称片面;校外教育市场仍旧比拟凌乱,家庭教育投资服务机构的服务才能有限。为此,入一步优化上海家庭教育投资行为,提高家庭教育投资的效力,应该从如下几个方面着手:继承加快高等教育的发铺,改造招考轨制;匆匆入家长教育观念的改变;要规范教育市场,匆匆入校外教育培训机构的规范化、尺度化建设;完美家庭子女教育投资服务体系;要树立家庭、学校、社区乃至整个社会的教育合作机制;加大对区县教育经费投入的倾斜力度,同时激励中央城区学校与区县学校结对互助,匆匆入优质教育资源向区县转移。');
【Abstract】 Household educational investment is a main part of educational investment. Based on Questionnaire survey on household educational investment in Shanghai from June 2008 to December 2008, the thesis explores the household education investment concepts and behaviors in Shanghai. The study finds that many factors play roles in the household education investment concepts and behaviors in Shanghai. The parents\' age influences the household education investment concepts. And the educational level, knowledge level, career and salary, and social intercourse of parents, all link to the household education investment behaviors. Besides, living areas also influence education investment amount and scope. With the children educational level variation, the focus of household education investment also varies.As analyzing the household education investment concepts and behaviors in Shanghai, We find the features of household education investment are as followings: utilitarian in investment behaviors coexit with altruism in investment incentive; the deviation between inner ideas and outside actors; unmatch between material input and emotional input; overemphasize on intergernation education investment compared with insufficiency on themselves; the educational expection is beyond the the objective condition; the urban-rural gap is obvious.We find the reasons for the condition are as followings: the courrent education development and educational system reform fall behind the need of household; drived by altruism, the parent seek all kinds of benefits on children from education investment, while neglecting the education investment risks and individual needs; the parents\' educational ideas is outdated,and comprehension on household education investment is unilateral; the out-school education market is disordered,and the ability of household education service is limited.Therefore, to better household education investment behavors some measures should be adopted as followings: keep accelerating high education development; reform recruintment system; help transform parents\' education ideas; normalize outside education organizations; add education investment on surburb areas, and encourage schools among central, suburban and countryside arears to collaborate and help each other.
