大学生心理危机干预机制研讨

【中文摘要】心理危机是当前社会的一种客观存在,大学生心理危机所导致的行为异常日益引起高等学校的高度重视。研讨大学生心理危机干预的模式对顺利推入高校心理健康教育具有主要意义。本研讨应用文献研讨法、问卷调查法、体系剖析法,以长沙4所本科高校和1所专科学校随机抽取的1000名在校本科和专科学生为样本,调查了大学生心理危机意识、危机自我干预意识和高校危机干预现状。调查结果表明:在校大学生心理危机意识淡漠,对心理危机的含义理解不太准确和危机警觉性偏低,当呈现危机后自我干预的意识不强、求助范围狭小、干预手腕单调等现象;而高校危机干预部门普遍存在重危机干预轻危机预防的心理、危机工作者专业水平不高、危机干预机制缺少透明度等等。本文在参阅诸多学者研讨结果的基本上,依照大学生心理危机干预的目的、原则和实行途径,同时结合调查问卷的结果就大学生顺利渡过心理危机提出了隐性干预和显性干预的模式,而其中隐性干预主要包括教育预防和危机预警两个子体系;而显性危机干预主要体现在危机确认、危机控制、危机解决、危机恢复四个方面。树立积极应对危机,确立恢复机制,保障后期跟踪,首创崭新局势的危机干预模式。');
【Abstract】 Mental crisis is an objective existence in the society. In the institutions of higher learning, abnormal behaviors of college students caused by psychological crisis has attracted increasing attention. Studies in the model of psychological crisis of college students have great significance in propelling mental health education in colleges.This essay, setting 1,000 students in undergraduate colleges and specialist institutions as samples which were randomly selected from four undergraduate colleges and one specialist institution, investigated the psychological crisis awareness of college students, crisis self-intervention awareness crisis intervention and college status in the use of literature study, questionnaire, analysis. Put forward a psychological crisis intervention objectives, principles and implementation of ways. Survey showed that: in the psychology of college students lack a sense of crisis, the crisis on the psychological meaning of understanding and low awareness of the crisis, when the post-crisis intervention self-awareness, and help narrow the scope, means of intervention, such as the phenomenon of monotone; and University Crisis Intervention emphasis on crisis intervention departments widespread light of the psychological crisis prevention, crisis workers, low professional standards, lack of transparency mechanisms for crisis intervention. At the conclusion of this ***, a number of research scholars on the basis of the combined results of the questionnaire on the students successfully hidden through psychological intervention and crisis intervention as well as the dominant theoretical model of the latter track, and one recessive prevention interventions including education, crisis warning mechanisms, and crisis intervention dominant mainly in the crisis confirmed that the crisis management, crisis resolved, the crisis in four areas to resume. Actively respond to the crisis, the establishment of the restoration mechanisms for the protection of the latter track, and create a new model of crisis intervention situation.
