大学新生自我统一性与学校适应性的关系研讨

【中文摘要】适应与发铺是个体人生历程的基本义务,也是青少年面临的最主要的两大课题。大学生正处在青少年后期,青少年后期恰是自我统一性形成和确立时期,在这个春秋阶段,青少年主要的发铺义务就是自我统一性的确立。本研讨对海内外有关自我统一性的概念和理论及自我统一性状况测量的范畴和评定方式入行阐述与整合;对学校适应性的概念和评估尺度入行理论探讨。本文采取《大学生自我统一性入程问卷》及《大学新生学校适应性量表》对260名大学新生入行测试,采取方差剖析、归归剖析等统计方式研讨大学新生自我统一性的发铺特色及其与学校适应水平的关系,入而为学校有关大学新生的教育提供实证资料。本文研讨结果表明:(1)在统一性四种状况中,大学新生扩散型自我统一性状况所占比例最高,完成型统一性状况所占比例最低。(2)对于高校大学生而言,男女生在探索和许诺两个变量上具有显明差异性。男生扩散型和延缓型统一性状况较多,女生扩散性和早闭型统一性状况较多,女生的完成型统一性状况比男生的完成型统一性状况要多。(3)大学新生自我统一性的发铺在生源地上存在差异性。在自我统一性四种状况中农村落大学生在延缓型、扩散型和早闭型统一性状况上人数分布都比城镇学生多。(4)不同类型大学生在学校适应方面存在显明差异,家庭关系亲密的大学生在总体适应水平、交去活动和学习活动方面适应表示要好于家庭关系一般的学生,学生干部在总体适应水平要显明地高于普通学生。(5)探索和许诺都对学校适应性具有有一定的预测力,探索和许诺都与学校适应性呈正相关,即探索和许诺得分越高,学校适应性就越好。针对研讨得出的结果,本文通过学校的角度、学生自助的角度、社会支持的角度提出策略来辅助学生实现自我统一性的整合,从而提高大学新生学校的适应性。');
【Abstract】 Adaptation and development is the basic tasks of individual life,and also is the most important two big issues by young people.Students in the late adolescence, young people self-identity is establishes in the late adolescence,Self-identity formation is the primary task of college students in the late adolescence.The study expatiates on and integrates both domestic and overseas self-identity concept、theories、the measure area and assessment of self-identity,discuss the concepts and standards of school adaptation;Measures 260 college students by《the Self-identity Process of College Student》and《The Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire》;employs variance analysis(ANOVA) and regression analysis to analyse the characteristics of self-identity of new college students and the relation between self-identity and college adaptation,in the further,provide the empirical data for the freshman education of universityThe result shows that(1)Among the four self-identity status,freshman state the higest proportion on diffusive,state the lowest proportion on identity achievement. (2) For college students,male and female have significant difference on exploration and commitment,male have a large number of diffusive and moratorium,female have a large number of diffusive and foreclosed,the number of female\'s identity achievement is more than male.(3) Freshmen of college have significant difference on the place of birth,the rural students number of moratorium,diffusive and foreclosed more than the urban students(4) There exist distinct differences among students on school adjustment.students from harmonious families do better than those from unharmonious ones in communication and study;the adaptation level of student cadres is obviously higher than that of ordinary student.(5) Both exploration and commitment have an anticipation,with the improvement of exploration and commitment,the school adaptation becomes better.According to the results of this Reseach,through the school\'s point of view,the perspective of student self-help and social support for the point of view,put forward strategies to hellp students achieve the integration of self-indentity,so as to enhance the adaptation to college for the freshmen.
