中部地域基本教育信息化调查剖析与发铺策略研讨

【中文摘要】入入新世纪,国度提出了普及信息技术教育的目的,特殊是近几年来,国度加大了对中西部地域教育信息化的投入,中西部地域教育信息化有了长足发铺。本文通过对中部地域宜昌市基本教育信息化现状的调查,剖析了教育信息化对基本教育发铺的影响,指出了存在的题目,提出了发铺策略。论文由七部门组成:第一部门为绪论,阐述了论文的选题缘由、研讨背景、研讨的目和意义,并对相关概念入行了界定:第二部门为研讨基本,对研讨的设计和所使用的研讨方式入行了说明,本文主要采取了文献研讨法、调查研讨法和互证法;第三部门为基本教育信息化的现状,从教育信息化环境建设、教师信息技术培训和应用、信息技术课程开设和学生信息素养、教育信息化管理等四个方面客观描述了基本教育信息化的发铺状况;第四部门为教育信息化对基本教育发铺的影响,影响主要体现在五个方面:匆匆入了基本教育均衡发铺、匆匆入了中小学教师专业化发铺、匆匆入了素质教育的有效开铺、匆匆入了教授教养入程的变革、匆匆入了各级引导观念的变化;第五部门为基本教育信息化存在的题目,主要从教育信息化环境、教师教育技术才能建设、信息技术课程教授教养、信息技术与课程整合四个方面,剖析了基本教育信息化存在的题目;第六部门为基本教育信息化发铺策略建议,针对调查中发现的题目,从思惟观念、评估体系、教师教育技术才能、信息技术课程教授教养、信息技术与课程整合、教育信息化效益和机构步队建设等七个方面,提出了基本教育信息化发铺的策略建议;第七部门为总结,在总结研讨结果的基本上,指出了本研讨的不足,为笔者的后续研讨肯定了方向。');
【Abstract】 In the new century, the country proposes to popularize the computerized educational program. With the country\'s increasing investments in recent years, computerized education in central and western areas has been developing greatly. Through investigation into the present computerized elementary education in Yichang, the author analyzes the influence of computerization on elementary education, points out the problems and proposes development strategies. The thesis is composed of seven chapters. Chapter one introduces the reasons for selecting the topic, research background, purpose and significance and defines some relevant terms. Chapter two elaborates the research basis including the research design and major methods adopted, such as literature research, investigation and mutual corroboration. Chapter three discusses the present computerized elementary education in terms of hardware construction, professional training for teachers and students, course designs and management of computerized education. Chapter four analyzes the influence of computerization upon the elementary education. Specifically, computerized education enhances the balanced development of elementary education, promotes the professional development of teachers in primary and secondary schools, develops the quality-oriented education, furthers the teaching reforms and changes the out-dated concepts of leaders at all levels. Chapter five argues problems of the present computerized elementary education from four aspects: the hardware construction, the teaching capacity improvement, computerized teaching and the integration of computerization and teaching. Following the analysis of the problems, Chapter six proposes development strategies for the computerized elementary education in terms of changes of concepts, assessment systems, teaching capacity, computerized teaching, the integration of computerization and teaching, the returns of computerized education and the construction of computerized educational faculties. Chapter seven summarizes the research findings and points out its inadequacy for further research.
