互助研修:匆匆入班主任专业化成长的有效模式

【中文摘要】在教师专业化发铺和新课程改造的背景下,教师步队建设成为素质教育取得胜利的关键因素。班主任作为教师步队中的骨干力量,其步队建设更是关键因素中的关键。以此项课题研讨学校的班主任工作,将对匆匆入班主任从“班主任专业化”的新视角重新审视自己的工作,不断提高自己的综合素质和工作效能,全面匆匆入学校的教育教授教养工作,提高学校的教育质量,起到很大的积极作用。本文在翻阅大量文献资料,开铺多个学校实践研讨的基本上,整理了自己及同行们多年来的教育实践,提出匆匆入班主任专业化成长的有效模式——互助研修模式,并对这一模式的相关理论题目入行了体系的研讨。在导论部门,论文首先从我国班主任工作存在的题目、教师专业化发铺的迫切请求、互助研修模式对班主任专业化发铺的可能功能等三方面阐述了选题的缘由,然后对班主任专业化成长和互助研修的海内外文献入行了综述,并说明了本研讨的研讨思路和研讨方式。在第一部门,论文界定了班主任专业化的概念,并建构了一个评价班主任专业化发铺水平的尺度,为下文剖析研讨题目提供了一个剖析框架。我们认为班主任专业化的尺度主要表示在具有终身学习的才能、良好的师德水平、较强的教科研才能、较强的专业才能等方面。在第二部门,论文界定了互助研修模式的概念,阐述了互助研修模式的基本内涵与理论基本。论文认为,互助研修模式的基本内涵就是为了学校和班主任的发铺,基于学校和班主任的发铺,通过学校和班主任的发铺;互助研修模式的理论基本是成人学习理论和建构主义理论。在第三部门,论文对青岛地域几所学校班主任专业化发铺的实践经验入行体系整理,概括出了在实践探索中总结出的互助研修模式的基本原则、组织形式、研修方式、运行机制及实行策略。在第四部门,论文对互助研修的实践入行了理性反思,概括了实践中取得的初步成效,明白了存在的主要题目,并提出了相应的改入建议,这些建议包括:学校内要形成有利于学习的群体氛围,互助研修要有强有力的引领者,学校要激发教师介入互助研修的内驱力,互助研修活动要扎实有效、灵活多样。');
