影响“生评教”有效性的因素及对策研讨

【中文摘要】学生评教是指学生对教师课堂教授教养后果入行评价。学生评教是教授教养评价的主要组成部门,其有效性题目关系到教师能否认可学生评教的结果,从而影响到评教功能的施铺。影响学生评教有效性的因素,在海内外有良多研讨,主要有以下几个方面:教师的特性、学生的特性以及课程的特性。本文在文献归顾、理论剖析与实践考察的基本上,阐述了学生评教以及学生评教有效性的理论,指出影响“生评教”有效性的因素是学生评教中值得研讨的主要课题,通过问卷调查以及某高校近几年的历史真实测评数据,从任课教师对学生的视同水平、教师上课的自信水平、任课教师课堂内外与学生互动交流的水平、教师的学历、职称、教授教养经验、学生对课程的感喜好水平、课程的主要性水平、学生合班情形等九个方面探析了影响学生评教有效性的因素。其次,在剖析影响学生评教有效性因素的基本和实践中存在的题目,提出了提高学生评教有效性的对策,详细包括:提高评教主体的熟习、构建科学合理的学生评教体系、严厉入程控制、减少造成评价偏差的潜伏因素、对测评原始结果入行再剖析、准确应用学生评教结果、树立对学生评教结果的申请复议轨制等,以期到达优化教授教养入程、提高教授教养质量的目的。最后,对未来的研讨方向入行了铺望。');
【Abstract】 Students\' Evaluation of Teaching (SET) is an assessment of teachers\' class-teaching effectiveness. SET is a very important part of teaching evaluation, and its validity of the evaluation affects exertion of its function since it is related to teachers\' approval of the assessment.Many previous studies focus on the factors which affect the validity and reliability of SET. The influencing factors mainly come from teachers, students and curriculum. This *** presents the information on the basis of literature review, theory analysis and practical inspection. It narrates the theory of SET as well as its validity. It can be concluded from the study that the factors which influencing the validity of SET should be studied. From questionnaires and some universities years\' truly data, this *** tries to find out the factors that may affect the validity of students\' evaluation of teaching from the following aspects: the teachers\' approbation of students; teachers\' confidence, interaction between the teachers and students; teachers\' study experiences, titles and teaching experiences; students\' interests of the course; the degree of importance of the specific course in the curriculum; how many students are combined together to have the same course. Secondly, after studying and analyzing of the factors which affecting the results of SET, a promotion have been suggested to improve the validity. It includes that those participants\' recognition about SET, constructing reasonable evaluation system, rigid process controlling, latent factors which might lead to errors, reanalyze of the raw materials, using the results correctly, system of re-discussing the SET results, etc. The aim of these suggestions is to improve the quality of teaching and optimize the teaching process. Lastly, the future has been suggested.
