论我国学校德育的目的指向

【中文摘要】德育目的的指向,是指在众多的德育目的、德育请求里,有目的的选取其中的某一方面作为德育的核心方向。通过德育目的指向的研讨,更能施铺德育目的的导向功能,用德育的核心目的引导其他目的。用这样一个遥近分明序列清楚的目的体系,通过有效的德育办法,有目的、有规划的对学生加以体系的强有力的影响,才能使学生的品格发铺方向与社会请求趋向一致。依据科尔伯格的道德发铺阶段理论,每个学生在学校教育的这几个不同阶段,其道德认知的水平,包括逻辑认知、社会认知以及社会道德观点都会跟着学段的提高而晋升。依据奥地利动物学家洛伦兹发现的“印刻现象”而发铺成为的“教育关键期”理论研讨表明,个体在发铺入程中有一段特殊的时期,其成熟水平最相宜于学习某种行为。在这个关键期内,一个人正常的发铺一旦受阻,将会对其以后的发铺发生障碍,这种障碍有时是很难甚至不可弥补的。这个理论对于学校德育目的的制订,无疑具有很强的指点意义。本文依据马克思主义关于人的全面发铺学说,结合科尔伯格等人的道德发铺理论以及劳伦兹的教育关键期理论,认为应该依照从低到高的层次性,把我国学校德育的目的依照不同窗段入行不同的定位,树立详细化、个性化、可操纵的学段德育模式。小学阶段的德育目的指向操行教育,通过教育,实现学生由天然人向社会人的改变;中学阶段的德育目的指向公民教育,以此为核心,实现由一般的社会人向政治人的转化:大学阶段的德育目的指向博雅教育,培育具有渊博知识和优雅气质的人,实现向自由人的超越。');
【Abstract】 The orientation of moral education\'s objective is defined as the selected core item among numerous objectives and demands of moral education, chosen for some certain purpose. Through theoretical and practical research, this core objective can largely guide other objectives and, therefore, the directing function of moral education\'s objectives can be successfully realized finally. Based on this core-secondary objective system and assisted by a series of practically educational measures, the moral education will be able to exert a strongly systematic influence on students and then the development of students\' character can be essentially consistent with the demands of society.According to the Theory of Moral Development by Kohlberg, every student\'s moral cognition, such as logical cognition, social cognition and the views on social morality, would be able to improve along with the rise in the level of school education. At the same time, the theory of critical periods, based on the behavior of imprinting discovered by Lorenz, concluded that during the process of people\'s growing up, there was a critical period most suitable for studying and establishing some certain behavior. If the normal development suffered in this period, the obstacle to the improvement of the future would occur, and even not be able to be overcome sometimes. Undoubtedly, the above theories have great directive significance for setting objective of moral education.Based on Kohlberg\'s Theory of Moral Development and Lorenz\'s studies of critical periods, this *** suggests that a detailed operable pattern of moral education for students could be established by setting different objectives of moral education for different education periods, from primary to higher level, in our education system. Firstly, the orientation of the objective in primary school is to make students socialized through moral education. That is a period of formation. Secondly, through moral education in high school, the student should be further changed into a qualified citizen who is politically meaningful to society. Then, at college and university, the objective of moral education should be directed towards liberal arts education that develops general knowledge and ability to think, *** students mentally liberal.
