为了一切教师的发铺——来自基层教师的职业心声与思考

【中文摘要】教育的最终目的是人的发铺。对学校教育来讲,人的发铺包括学生和教师。在实现经济、政治、文化与学校教育不断融会和相互影响下,学校教育更加注重教育价值的最终取向,注重以人为本和科学发铺。在新一轮基本教育课程改造中,“一切为了学生”的理念空前凸显,这显然是学校教育工作的动身点和归宿。但遗憾的是,教育界内外不少人对之理解失之偏颇。我们认为,现代教育实践的发铺赋予“一切为了学生”更为深刻的内涵——教师与学生构成一个相互学习、相互匆匆入、协同提高、共同成长的共生体。虽然,学校教育应该一切为了学生的发铺,但教师发铺是教育发铺和学生发铺的关键,学校的一切教育教授教养活动都要通过教师能动的、发明性、艺术性的组织来完成。因此,作为社会和政府应该更加关怀教师的发铺,尤其是在城乡差异比拟大的情形下,如何匆匆入教师尤其是基层教师的发铺,显得更加主要。从这个角度动身,政府和社会应该斟酌“为了一切教师的发铺”题目。本研讨采取访谈叙事和调查剖析等方式,把理论和实际相结合,探讨与了解基层教师的职业心声、职业压力、职业状况、职业须要、职业发铺等题目,并提出一系列改造建议。');
【Abstract】 Education ultimate objective is human\'s development. As for the school education, human\'s development includes students and teachers. With the economy, politics, the culture and the school education mixed and influenced, the school education even pays more attention to the ultimate orientation of the education value, pays great attention to humanism and the scientific development. In the new-turn reforms in elementary education curriculum, the idea "all for students" highlights unprecedentedly, this is obviously the starting point and the home to the school education work. But it is a pity, many people inside and outside educational circles lose understanding to it. We believed that, the modern education practical development entrusts the idea "all for the students" with a more profound connotation~the teacher and the student constitute one union to study mutually, to promote mutually, to progress and grows together. There is no doubt that the school education must be for students\' development, but the teachers\' development is the key to the education development and students\' development, the school education and teaching activities must be completed through the creativity and the art of the teachers. Therefore, the society and the government must care more about teachers\' development, in particular, with the great differences between town and country situation, how to promote teachers\' development especially teachers working in basic unit appears more important. From this point, the government and the society must take the idea "for all teachers\' development" into consideration. Through interview and narration , the research puts the theory into practice, discuss and understand basic unit questions such as teacher\'s professional aspiration, professional pressure, professional condition, professional needs, occupation development, and put forward a series of reform proposals.
