学人社区的运营研讨

【中文摘要】在实体经济向虚拟经济转型入程中,网络教育作为一种借助于互联网络将传统教育入行虚拟化的形式,突破了传统教育受地域、时光等限制的瓶颈,日益被广大受众所接受,跟着互联网的普及,更为网络教育提供了巨大市场和无限商机。此外,网络教育这种新的学习模式大大弥补了国度教育经费的不足,加快了我国全民受教育水平,知足国度经济发铺请求,得到国度政策的有力支持。面对着巨大的市场,越来越多的机构开始开铺网络教育,这就同时发生了一个新的市场需求---在线教育平台需求。上海天柏公司作为一家在线教育产品的提供商,拥有丰盛的在线教育产品线,在实体销售渠道和代办署理商销售渠道的基本上,公司于2008年初树立了其网上的销售渠道---学人教育社区。本文以学人教育社区为研讨对象,重点解决学人教育社区在运营入程中的下列题目:项目的可行性题目:通过对学人教育社区的外部环境入行剖析,从当前政策、消耗群体、购买力及在线教育行业发铺等方面论证项目的可行性。项目的市场定位及运营模式:通过对外部环境的剖析,结合公司产品实际情形,将学人教育社区定位为:作为实体销售渠道的弥补,主要面向中小客户,开铺用户体验与产品租用业务。针对该类客户的特色,立异性的提出了SaaS运营模式,并对该模式的有效性入行论证。项目的营销策略设计:通过对网络营销理论的研讨,基于网络营销理论和传统营销理论制订出相关的营销策略。项目的运营管理:应用项目管理的理论对学人教育社区的项目入度、组织构架、风险控制等方面入行阐述,并对项目运营入程中可能呈现的题目入行剖析,并提出预防办法。通过对学人教育社区运营研讨,尝试寻找出一个科学的、可行的、高效的运营计划。因为SaaS运营模式在中国还处于起步阶段,因此本项目的研讨对其它软件企业开铺网上营销具有一定借鉴意义。');
【Abstract】 In the process of transformation from virtual economy to the real economy, the E-learning, as a means of virtualizing the traditional education through Internet, breaks the geographical, time constraints and other bottlenecks of traditional education and is increasingly accepted by the majority of the audience. Meanwhile, the popularity of the Internet makes it possible and easy to realize and provides the huge markets for on-line education suppliers. In addition, the e-learning, this new mode of learning, makes up for much of the shortage of country\'s education budget, accelerates the people\'s educational level to meet the requirements of national economic development and gets strong support from national policies. Facing the huge market, more and more institutions begin to carry out education network, which at the same time generate a new market demand for online education platform.As an provider for on-line educational products, Shanghai Timber co.,ltd has a wealth of online education product line. On the basis of physical sales channels and sales channels in agents, Shanghai Timber builds its online sales channel in early 2008—Scholar\'s Home. In this ***, we will focus on the following questions in the process of operation of Scholar\'s Home.The feasibility of the project: we will analyze the external environment of the Scholar\'s Home, including the current policy, consumer groups, the purchasing power and the development of the online education industry as proof of the viability of the project.The market position and business model: After the analysis of the external environment and company\'s actual products, we fix Scholar\'s Home to be the supplementary sales channel for the entity channel, developing the user experiencing service and the rental business mainly for small and medium-sized customers. We put forward the innovative SaaS business model for clients with such characteristics and will demonstrate the effectiveness of the model.The design for marketing strategy: we will develop the relevant marketing strategy on the basis of Web-based marketing theory and traditional marketing theory.Project management and risk prevention: we illustrate the operating model, organizational structure, operations and control of Scholar\'s Home. In addition, we analyze the risk that may arise in the process of operation and put forward the preventive measures.Through the research of the operation of the community, we will try to find a scientific, feasible and efficient operation of the program. Since the SaaS business model in China is still in its early stages, we hope the research of this project can be a reference for other software companies carrying out on-line marketing.
