酒店员工流动现象探析

摘要:饭店员工频繁流动是一个普遍存在的现象,而导致饭店人才流失的原因是多方面的,不仅是人员本身,饭店以及社会都牵涉其中,从饭店管理者的角度来看,人员流动过频,尤其是优秀员工的流失显然对饭店的经营管理带来不利影响,甚至会危及企业的生存与发展,因此应该正确面对人才流失的现象,从企业内部去寻找原因,并针对所发现的原因及问题,找出能够解决酒店员工高流动的对策与方法,造就一支优秀且稳定的员工队伍,以此来保证饭店经营和发展的需要,本文通过对酒店员工流动的现状分析,从三方面分析了导致此现象产生的原因,并研究了他对酒店带来的影响,从而提出了一些对策措施。

Abstract: The hotel staff frequently flows is a universal existence phenomenon, but causes hotel brain drain the reason is various, not only is personnel itself among, the hotel as well as the society all involve, looked from the hotel superintendent's angle, the personnel has flowed the frequency, the outstanding staff drains in particular obviously brings the adverse effect to the hotel management, even can endanger the enterprise the survival and the development, therefore should correctly facing the brain drain phenomenon, Seeks the reason from the enterprise interior, and aims at the reason and the question which discovered, discovers can solve the hotel staff high mobile countermeasure and the method, accomplishes outstanding also the stable staff troop, by this guaranteed the hotel management and the need to develop, this article through to the hotel staff's mobile present situation analysis, analyzed from three aspects has caused the reason which this phenomenon produced, and has studied him the influence which brought to the hotel, thus proposed some countermeasure measures.

    目前人力资源流动出现了两个极端,一方面基层操作服务型员工流动过于频繁,另一方面中高层管理和技术人才流动又不显正常,长此以往将不利于酒店的长远发展,本文针对这种情况展开研究。
一、酒店员工流动现状分析
近年来,酒店的人才流动越来越频繁,一项统计表明,北京、上海、广东等地区的酒店员工平均流动率在30%左右,有的甚至达到45%。中国旅游协会人力资源开发培训中心对国内23个城市部分星级饭店的调查统计显示,近5年饭店人才流动率最低在2.56%,最高在25.645%,平均为23.95%[1],人才流失现象十分严重。
